SERGEI BABAYAN
- OUR 2019 CONFERENCE ARTIST!

I am absolutely thrilled to share with you that our 2019 Conference Artist will be Sergei Babayan! A brilliant pianist in his own right and veteran of all the major concert halls in the world, Babayan also is quite wellknown as Daniil Trifinov's teacher and collaborates with him frequently. A Deutsche Grammophon exclusive artist, Babayan latest release of his own transcriptions of works by Prokofiev for two pianos, "Prokofiev for Two" features Babayan and Martha Argerich.

We are SO fortunate that that Mr. Babayan has agreed to join us in Norfolk and will perform for us "An Evening of Chopin" Friday, November 1. Please read the conference schedule below; he will also be available for a Q and A on Saturday morning.

Many, many thanks to Daniel Vesey, booking agent with Opus 3 Artists in NYC, who worked hard on our behalf to make this possible. Please click HERE to visit his website!

KEITH PORTER SNELL
- OUR 2019 CONFERENCE SPEAKER!

You already know that our featured conference speaker will be Keith Porter Snell -- Keith will open and close our Friday sessions. Keith also needs no introduction, as he is world-renown pianist, teacher, and author of over 150 publications for Neil Kjos Music.
